Terms & Conditions

  1. Ordering
    Colourful Coffins Pre-Design Service is only available to individuals who wish to design their own coffin. It cannot be purchased by any third party, or on behalf of somebody else. Colourful Coffins reserves the right to withhold its pre-design service if the requested design is considered to contain offensive or indecent material. In this event, Colourful Coffins will reimburse the customer in full for any money paid on submission of their idea via the Colourful Coffins website.
  2. Payment
    The Customer agrees to pay in advance for all of the Colourful Coffin's fees and charges payable under this Agreement.
  3. Copyright
    Copyright of the design and artwork produced by Colourful Coffins is vested in and remains the exclusive property of Colourful Coffins and licensed exclusively to the Customer in perpetuity for the Customer's personal use only.
  4. Encryption keys
    The design and artwork produced by the Colourful Coffins is protected by an encryption process so as to only permit use by the Customer for the Customer's personal use only and in the event that Colourful Coffins ceases to trade for whatever reason then the Colourful Coffins will ensure that the encryption key for such design and artwork is released to or delivered to the Customer.
  5. Jurisdiction
    This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  6. Data protection
    Colourful Coffins will retain the Customer's information for their own business use only and will not under any circumstances (save as may be required by law) allow any other company or individual to see or use the Customer's details without the Customer's prior consent.
